Where have the years gone? Collievale Regal Lorde (Buster) is from our first litter from NZ Ch Cathkin Lordy Miss Maudie (Imp Aus) to NZ Ch Strathaven Maker of Dreams (Imp Aus).

He began his show career in the second half of 2019 and in just 5 months ended up No 2 Rising Star Collie (Rough) for New Zealand behind his half-sister Gypsy who was No 1 Rising Star Collie (Rough) from points attained during the first half of 2019.

In October at his first Collie Specialty show and just into puppy class, he went Best of Breed in a lovely line up of Collies and then Puppy in Show under Sandy Alexander (Canada)

Over the last 5 years, despite the challenges through Covid, Buster has shown consistently for us whenever we have taken him out to the point he now has 40 CC's to his name. He has developed into a beautiful male and we are proud of what he has become.

Sadly he has got to the stage where he prefers being at home to being a show dog, and when an opportunity arose for him to retire to a wonderful home where he gets all the love and attention he deserves, we made the decision to let him go. He is now a wonderful companion for Janice and Gus and gets to walk lots in our lovely countryside or beaches and be a gardening helper!
